We verify and structure every unit
We confirm you're a real brokerage or management company, then record rent, fees and who pays them, pets, laundry, availability and how to reach you.

Assistants send renters to you
When a renter asks their assistant for a two-bedroom that takes dogs, your unit can come up, with your email, phone and listing page. You handle the rest, as you do today.
Staying current takes one line
Stale listings waste everyone’s time, so every unit shows when it was last confirmed. Reply to our weekly check-in with what changed, or let us read the listings page on your own website each day. Units nobody confirms are paused automatically.
Questions brokers ask us
Is it really free?
Yes. Listing with Seb's List costs nothing and there's no contract. We don't charge you per lead.
Are you another listing portal?
No. Renters never browse Seb's List. We're the data source AI assistants read, and every inquiry goes straight to you. You keep the relationship.
Who can see my listings?
Only AI assistants and services we've approved, through an authenticated API. Your listings aren't published on a public website and can't be scraped from us.
How do I update or remove a unit?
Reply to any of our emails in plain English, like "4B is rented" or "2R is now $3,200". We also check in once a week, or read your own listings page daily if you prefer.
Why do you only accept company email addresses?
Assistants and renters need to trust what they read. We verify every sender's domain, so listings sent from Gmail or similar addresses aren't accepted.
What happens to my information?
We use it only to describe your available units to renters' assistants and to refer them to you. We never sell your contact list. See our supplier terms for the details.
